Every effort has been taken to ensure these terms and conditions are written in concise and clear English. Should you have any questions relating to any part of these terms and conditions then please contact Cashel Travel at info@casheltravel.com.
 
 
1. In Writing
In writing means by Facsimile or Letter. We accept no liability for non receipt of any such communication.
 
2. E-mail
Any communication whatsoever including cancellations and changes made by e-mail will only have deemed to have been accepted once you have received a return e-mail from a member of Cashel Travel  confirming your actions.
 
3. The event
The event means all bookings made on behalf of a client by Cashel Travel, including but not exclusively hotels, transport, activities, clubs, restaurants, performers and ticketed events.
 
4. You
You mean the client and any persons partaking in any event booked through Cashel Travel .
 
5. The Venue
The Venue means any third party booking made on behalf of the client by Cashel Travel, including restaurants, clubs, activities, hotels and transport.
 
6. Extras
Extras include anything not included in the event as detailed by Cashel Travel. These include but not exclusively food, drink, transport, paintballs and shotgun cartridges.
 
7. Booking/ Payments
7.1 A £300 minimum deposit or any amount agreed is payable on booking. Deposits are payable by card or cheque. A cheque deposit must be received within three working days, Cashel Travel  accepts no responsibility for cheques not being received within this time scale. Cashel Travel reserves the right to change prices or cancel arrangements made should the deposit not be received in the time outlined. The final balance of the account is payable six weeks prior to an event unless otherwise agreed in writing. Any booking made within a six week period will be payable in full unless otherwise agreed by Cashel Travel .
7.2 Cashel Travel  will not be obliged to dispatch any tickets or documents relevant to the booking until an account has been paid in full. Cashel Travel reserves the right to cancel all or part of any event should payment not be forthcoming as per terms and conditions as laid out in paragraph 7.1
7.3 Cashel Travel will ensure at all times that the client is fully aware of the event details before any deposit is paid, however start and finish times, exact locations and transport details can only be confirmed on receipt of a deposit.
 
8. Third Parties
Cashel Travel  in making arrangements on behalf of its clients, contracts with third  parties for provision of all the necessary facilities including the provision of tickets for entry to the event/occasion. In doing so it is expressly agreed that Cashel Travel  acts only as agent of the client and that no liability of any kind howsoever caused shall attach to Cashel Travel  in connection with or arising out of such arrangements. The contract between Cashel Travel  and the client shall be subject to any terms and conditions of contracts with third parties. In the event that such facilities or tickets shall not be available, for whatever reason, any liability of Cashel Travel shall be limited to the return of all sums paid by the client for such facilities or tickets.
 
9. Changes
9.1 Every effort will be made by Cashel Travel to alter or change all or part of the event on request of the client. Costs incurred by Cashel Travel  will be chargeable to the client; this includes reasonable administration costs which shall be agreed with the client before any changes are made.
9.2 Every reasonable effort will be made by Cashel Travel to adhere to confirmed arrangements, Cashel Travel  reserves the right at its sole discretion to alter or change arrangements should it be found necessary to do so, and shall have no liabilities whatsoever to the client for any changes, save a refund of any monies not expended.
 
10. Reduction in numbers
10.1 Wherever possible we will always try and accommodate reduction in numbers incurring no cost to the client. However should the numbers attending be insufficient to run all or part of the event Cashel Travel reserves the right to charge the client for the minimum numbers required to attend all or part of the event. Reduction in numbers will only be confirmed when you have received communication from Cashel Travel.
10.2 No reduction in numbers of people attending an event can be accepted six weeks prior to an event unless other wise agreed in writing by Cashel Travel .
10.3 Invoices relating to dropped numbers will be dispatched by e-mail only. Cashel Travel will only commit to sending two invoices by post, one on booking and one on receipt of final numbers. Invoices can be otherwise be dispatched to you free via e-mail.
 
11. Changes and alterations
Cashel Travel  visit most of the sites to provide you with accurate and informed information, however we rely on information from all third parties in respect of changes and alterations. Cashel Travel cannot be held responsible for any increase in prices (see extras 6.) or any alteration to the events whatsoever.
 
12. Disclaimers
In the case of some venues a disclaimer may be required to be signed before the event takes place. Failure to sign the disclaimer to the satisfaction of the third party may result in the event being cancelled. Cashel Travel will have no liability to the client whatsoever in this circumstance.
 
13. Activities/ Liability
Every reasonable effort is made to ensure the clients' safety at all times, and that sites used adhere to Health and Safety acts and have adequate insurance. Some activities contain an element of risk, these include but not exclusively shooting sports of all kinds, motor sports, water sports and air sports. Cashel Travel shall accept no responsibility whatsoever for any injuries or loss incurred by the client or its guests, associates or agents during the event. By booking through Cashel Travel  you understand that on your (the clients) behalf Cashel Travel  will book activities that may contain an element of risk.
 
14. Exclusions by third parties
In exceptional circumstances a third party may see fit to stop an activity at any time if they feel continuing an activity would cause injury or harm to its staff or to any other persons at the site. An activity site or venue reserves the right to exclude persons considered to be medically unfit and persons considered to be under the influence of alcohol. In the cases outlined in this paragraph you will not be entitled to any refund whatsoever.
 
15. Refund Policy
15.1 On private groups deposits to the value of two people or less cannot be refunded once a booking has been made.
15.2 Bad weather makes an event unsafe for participation (see 16.)
15.3 Refunds can be given to individuals who have dropped out and have informed us six weeks prior to the event. This excludes deposits.
15.4 Should you cancel the event 12 or more weeks prior to the event the deposit of two people
administration charge is payable. All remaining monies shall be refunded.
15.5 Cancelled events within 12 weeks of an event all monies paid are not refundable.
 
16. Bad weather
In the event of bad weather making an activity unsafe a venue may cancel an event; you will be entitled to a full refund in regards to that particular activity. Cashel Travel will have no further liability to you. In the event of you not wishing to partake in an activity for whatever reason you will not be entitled to a refund from Cashel Travel.
 
17. Agreement
17.1 We believe the above terms and conditions to be fair. This contract shall be governed by Irish Law and shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of the courts. If you make a booking with Cashel Travel  it is understood you have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
17.2 It is the sole responsibility of any persons booking with Cashel Travel to communicate these terms and conditions to all participants of an event.
